Jonathan Boyer Atlantic City, NJ - Project Rwanda received international exposure as Team Donate Life rider and former RAAM winner Jonathan Boyer, 51, won the 2006 Race Across America (RAAM) Enduro solo division today in Atlantic City. Boyer covered 3,042 miles across the US in 10 days 52 minutes, averaging 12.63 mph.

[At Project Rwanda, we feel the law of unintended consequences has brought havoc on the people of Africa. Bureaucracies have been built on the corrupt African politicians and unscrupulous agencies profiting off aid provided by the world that doesn't reach the most needful. Humanitarian organizations have started their efforts in Africa with good intentions, and there's a sober concern that Proejct Rwanda does not become another bloated bureaucracy.
