Cycling stats: Abraham was able to purchase his first 10-speed bike with the help of a friend. He was introduced to racing by a friend of the family.In 1999, Abraham began racing on a single speed bike and has developed into a tough and experienced rider. For the last two years, he has been racing with a bike loaned to him by American Tim Schilling from project Spread. Abraham has won the Tour of Rwanda four times.

Aspirations: Being the only member of the team with a wife and children, he sees that his passion for cycling is his opportunity to provide for his family like he has never been able to before. The exposure to International and U.S. racing has opened his eyes to a different dimension of potential he can achieve, it has given him the motivation to succeed in both road and mountain bike racing.

Personal: Abraham inherited his father’s house after his father passed away. He now lives with his mother, his wife and three children.
